Lee Karras

Executive Chairman, Woodstock Sterile Solutions
Lee Karras
Mr. Karras was appointed as Executive Chairman of Woodstock Sterile Solutions by SK Capital in 2024. He also serves as Group Chief Executive of Noramco, a position he’s held since April 2020. Prior to that he was a Director at SK Capital providing operational, sales and general management guidance to SK Capital portfolio companies in the healthcare sector. Most recently, Mr. Karras served as CEO of Halo Pharmaceuticals Inc, an SK Capital Partners portfolio company that was sold to Cambrex Corp in 2018. Prior to Halo, he was President of IBA Molecular North America (also an SK Capital Partners portfolio company) that was sold to Illinois Health and Sciences in 2015. Prior to IBA, Mr. Karras was President and CEO of AAIPharma Services Company where he led the company’s transition from bankruptcy to a successful exit in 2009. Prior to AAI, Lee held various positions at Baxter Healthcare and Cook Medical (Cook and Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions) where he served as General Manager and helped build the pharmaceutical services start up into a sizable sterile injectable pharma services business.

Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and a Masters of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Alan Majewski

Chief Financial Officer, Woodstock Sterile Solutions
Alan manages the day-to-day and long-term operational and financial responsibilities for Woodstock Sterile Solutions. He also serves as CFO for Noramco. Before joining Noramco in September of 2017, Alan served as the Executive Vice President of Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation’s Standard Steel subsidiary, where he held broad operational and financial responsibilities. He previously served as Standard Steel’s Chief Financial Officer, where he successfully guided the Company through two private equity ownership cycles. In 2011, Alan managed the sale of Standard Steel to Sumitomo Metal Industries and Sumitomo Corporation. Alan began his career in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Pittsburgh audit practice from 1994-1999. He received an Alumni Achievement Award from The Pennsylvania State University in 2007, and in 2006 was awarded “CFO of the Year” by the Pittsburgh Business Times in the large private company category. Alan holds an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business Administration, and a B.S. in Accounting from Grove City College.

Nick Buschur

Chief Executive Officer, Woodstock Sterile Solutions

Nick Buschur brings over 20 years of experience in business strategy, commercial operations, and supply chain management to Woodstock Sterile Solutions. He is a highly accomplished leader known for his successful track record in driving strategic enterprise initiatives, operational excellence, customer experience, and talent development, all aimed at achieving growth, transformation, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and value creation. Before joining Woodstock Sterile Solutions, Nick served as President of Food & Beverage Solutions at Certified Group. He also spent 14 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific/Patheon Pharmaceuticals in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Commercial Operations for the clinical trial division, Vice President of Business Management for Oral Solid Dose, and Vice President/General Manager for two large-scale manufacturing sites in Greenville, NC, and Cincinnati, OH. Nick also has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having held various leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain at General Cable, Ford Motor Company, and Delphi Automotive.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and an MBA from Xavier University.

Sheila Moran

Senior Vice President, Quality

Sheila Moran is Senior Vice President of Quality at Woodstock Sterile Solutions, starting in the newly created role in July 2022. Sheila is responsible for the strategy, direction and execution of all aspects of the company’s quality initiatives, quality control and training programs. Ms. Moran has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served in roles with progressive management experience in quality assurance, facility compliance, validation, manufacturing/operations, and research and development. Immediately prior to joining WSS, she served as the Vice President of Quality at Xeris Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Moran earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Roosevelt University.

Natasha Hults

Vice President & General Manager
Natasha Hults

Natasha Hults is a veteran of Woodstock Sterile Solutions, having joined the company as a Validation Engineer in 2004. She has taken on roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career leading her to becoming the Director, R&D. Following her role in R&D, Natasha moved into her most recent role Director of Continuous Improvement and Project Management Office, before being promoted to her current role as General Manager in October 2021. Ms. Hults is responsible for manufacturing, as well as leading the company’s supply chain, and site operations, including engineering, new product development and customer service. Prior to joining Woodstock, she worked in various roles at Baxter and SkyePharma, Inc. 

Ms. Hults earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Kristin Coffey​

Vice President, Human Resources

Kristin Coffey was named Vice President, Human Resources in April 2021. Since joining the organization in 2007, she has held roles of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources function, including the leadership of global projects along with multi-site support. In her current role, she is responsible for identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals, leading the organization’s efforts to be a more inclusive and diverse company, and helping to ensure that we are a best-in-class organization where talented people want to work.

Ms. Coffey has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in talent acquisition and management, employee development and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.        

Ms. Coffey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Webster University.
